Prairie Sage Seeds

Prairie Sage (Artemisia ludoviciana) is an aromatic perennial with silver green foliage. It grows wild in clearings and meadows around Oak Summit Nursery, where this seed was collected.

Prairie Sage returns from the roots each spring, provides food for wildlife, and has a longstanding cultural use in smudge bundles.
