Indigo Treat Haskap

Indigo Treat is part of the University of Saskatchewan Indigo series. Its compact, upright habit makes a useful contrast with the lower, spreading growth of Indigo Gem.

The berries are smaller and firmer than Indigo Gem, with an intense balance of sweet and tart flavour. This early flowering cultivar needs a compatible partner with overlapping bloom; Berry Blue is one option.
