Chicory Seeds

Chicory (Cichorium intybus) is an edible perennial with leaves that can be blanched for salads and inulin rich roots that can be boiled, added to soups, or roasted as a caffeine free coffee substitute.

Bright blue flowers grow on hairy stems. The seeds require light for germination.
