Carroll Apple Tree

Carroll is an early dessert apple with sweet, aromatic white flesh and a trace of tartness. The fruit is about 2¾ to 3 inches across, with a pale cream background and a pink to red blush.

Developed from the apple varieties Moscow Pear and Melba, it was introduced at Morden, Manitoba, in 1961. Alberta reports place ripening in late August, with storage for up to two months.
