It was tested as Brush Hills 1 and Wyldewood 1 before its 2010 release through the Missouri elderberry improvement program. The name honours Wyldewood Cellars in Kansas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse fully ripe berries cooked, with stems removed.
