Northern Spy Apple Tree

Northern Spy is an 1800s New York heirloom apple. Its large round conical fruit has green yellow skin striped red and very firm, fine grained, juicy flesh with a rich balance of sugar and acidity.

The fruit ripens late in October and keeps well through winter. Trees are slow to bear on standard roots and are susceptible to fire blight and scab.
