Larinskaya is a Russian hybrid pear from a selected Ussurian pear seedling crossed with Clapp’s Favourite. It produces short, rounded fruit with green skin that turns light yellow at eating maturity. The cream coloured flesh is firm and juicy, suited to fresh eating, juice and preserves.

Russian records place harvest in early September and keeping quality at about two months. Severyanka and Skazochnaya are named as pollinators in the Russian record. Local Manitoba harvest dates and overlap with our other pears are still being documented.

Our fall tree is grafted on Ussurian pear rootstock.
